Creation of a Unique Colour Palette
Colour scheming paints to the customer’s own specifications, using the latest technology available through suppliers, thus creating a unique colour palette is an important part of my work as an interior decorator. Customer colours are often created and named with the customer’s own identification. Colours can be named after various places or objects from which they have taken their inspiration. A range of colours is also being developed through inspiration and demand and further details are available when quotations are accepted.
Wallpaper Selection
Wallpaper is sourced from a number of different sources. Some papers are sourced directly from the manufacturer, where as others are sourced through local suppliers and online. Help and assistance is available for the customer to make the right choice to suit their taste and budget.
Specialist Painting Techniques
During the late 1990s PJ Cogger Painting & Decorating specialised in providing many types of specialist painting techniques. This work is still in demand, and techniques such as colour washing have been used to great effect. The customer is able to choose from a range of techniques including colour washing, rag rolling and stencilling.
